Cómo hacer el Registro del Resumen

  1. Cree una cuenta (clic aquí). Por favor, ingrese información real y verifique antes de finalizar ya que la información registrada será utilizada para contactarle con frecuencia.
  2. Cuando haya creado su cuenta ingrese con usuario y password, y encontrará las herramientas de registro de resúmenes. Tenga en cuenta que no estará habilitado para eliminar ningún resumen, sin embargo, podrá solicitarlo por escrito a través de Contáctenos.

Reglamento para la postulación de Resúmenes para el 19° Congreso Mundial de Cirugía Endoscópica, 49° Congreso Semana Quirúrgica Nacional y el 25° Congreso Latinoamericano de Cirugía - FELAC, , a celebrarse entre el 31 de octubre y el 03 de noviembre de 2023

Fecha límite para la postulación de resúmenes: PLAZO EXTENDIDO - 15 de Agosto de 2023

A. CATEGORÍAS

Los autores tendrán la opción de elegir el tipo de presentación, de acuerdo a las siguientes categorías, sin embargo, el Comité de Selección tomará la decisión final sobre la categoría después de la revisión.

  • Categoría 1: Presentación Oral (Trabajos libres / Casos clínicos)
  • Categoría 2: Videos quirúrgicos
  • Categoría 3: Presentación E-póster (Trabajos libres / Casos clínicos)

B. ÁREAS DEL CONOCIMIENTO

Los trabajos presentados en cualquiera de las categorías anteriores, deben especificar una de las siguientes áreas del conocimiento:

  • Bioética, humanismo y profesionalismo
  • Cirugía Bariátrica
  • Cirugía General
  • Cirugía Gastrointestinal
  • Cirugía Pediátrica
  • Cirugía de Tórax
  • Cirugía de Trasplantes
  • Cirugía de Trauma

  • Cirugía y COVID-19
  • Cabeza y Cuello
  • Colon y Recto
  • Educación
  • Endoscopia Quirúrgica
  • Hepatobiliar y Páncreas
  • Infecciones y Heridas
  • Mama y Tejidos Blandos
  • Nutrición y Metabolismo Quirúrgico
  • Mínima Invasión
  • Oncología Quirúrgica
  • Pared Abdominal y Hernias
  • Innovación
  • Otras

C. TRABAJOS ELEGIBLES

  • Trabajos orientados al campo de la Cirugía General o segundas especialidades en las áreas de investigación básica, clínica, educación quirúrgica, innovación y desarrollo tecnológico, ética, administración, liderazgo y cirugía académica.
  • Trabajos que cumplan estrictamente los requisitos solicitados, los cuales serán evaluados por los jurados del Comité de Selección.

D. REQUISITOS

Los resúmenes postulados deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

  • Deben ser trabajos originales.
  • No deben haberse presentado o inscrito en otro Congreso previamente.
  • No deben haberse publicado previamente.
  • Autorizar a la la Asociación Colombiana de Cirugía (ASCOLCIRUGIA) para publicar datos del resumen en el programa del congreso, la página web, la página del Congreso y en el suplemento de la Revista Colombiana de Cirugía.

E. SELECCIÓN DE RESÚMENES PARA PRESENTACIÓN DURANTE EL CONGRESO

Una vez el comité de selección evalúe los resúmenes registrados en la plataforma https://ascolcirugia.convocatoria.com.co, escogerá los de mayor puntaje para ser presentados en el congreso y se le informará al autor de correspondencia vía e-mail.

  2. When you have created your account, log in with your username and password, and you will find the summary registration tools. Please note that you will not be able to remove any summary, however, you may request it in writing through Contact Us.

General aspects of regulation for the abstracts submission

Deadline for abstract submission: DEADLINE EXTENDED UP TO August 15th, 2023

A. CATEGORIES

Authors will have the option to choose the type of presentation, according to the following categories, however, the Selection Committee will make the final decision on the category after review.

  • Category 1: Oral presentation (Original works / Clinical cases)
  • Category 2: Surgical videos
  • Category 3: ePoster (Original works / Clinical cases)

C. ELEGIBLE ABSTRACTS

  • Abstracts oriented to the field of General Surgery or second specialties in the areas of basic research, clinical, surgical education, innovation and technological development, ethics, administration, leadership and academic surgery.
  • Works that strictly meet the requested requirements, which will be evaluated by the juries of the Selection Committee.

D. REQUIREMENTS

The abstracts submitted must meet the following requirements:

  • They must be original works.
  • They must not have previously presented or registered in another congress.
  • Must not have been previously published.
  • Authorize the la Asociación Colombiana de Cirugía (ASCOLCIRUGIA) to publish data from the abstract in the congress program, the web page, the congress page and in the supplement of the Colombian Journal of Surgery.

E. SELECTION OF ABSTRACTS FOR PRESENTATION DURING THE CONGRESS

Once the selection committee evaluates the abstracts registered in the platform https://ascolcirugia.convocatoria.com.co, will choose the ones with the highest score to be presented at the congress and the correspondent author will be informed via e-mail.
